Lynas agrees potential rare earths deal with South Korea's LS Eco Energy

Australia's Lynas Rare Earths and South Korea's LS Eco Energy signed a preliminary agreement to collaborate on rare earth processing. LS Eco Energy plans to build a processing plant in Vietnam and manufacture permanent rare earth magnets in the US, with both companies cross-subscribing about A$30 million in convertible instruments.
