Nornickel says nickel output flat year-on-year in first quarter

Russia's Nornickel reported first-quarter nickel output flat year-on-year at 42,000 metric tons. Palladium output fell 18% to 608,000 ounces, copper dropped 10% and platinum slid 24%. The company maintained its 2026 guidance for nickel between 193,000 and 203,000 tons.
