Critical Metals now sole owner of Tanbreez with $835M deal for European Lithium

Critical Metals Corp. has agreed to acquire European Lithium Ltd. for about $835 million, giving the company full ownership of the Tanbreez rare earth project in Greenland. European Lithium currently owns roughly 34% of Critical Metals' outstanding shares, and the all-stock deal consolidates control of one of the world's largest rare earth deposits outside of China.
