Brazilian President Lula said he was 'very satisfied' after meeting Donald Trump and signaled that Brazil is open to US investment in its vast critical minerals reserves. The remarks come as Brazil's lower house advances legislation to regulate exploration of strategic minerals including niobium, lithium and rare earths.
