China state firm discusses major new copper mine in Congo

China Railway Group is in talks with the Democratic Republic of Congo over a major new copper project anticipated to produce between 200,000 and 500,000 tons of copper a year. The project would deepen China's already-dominant footprint in the world's second-largest copper producer.
