US, India establish framework for critical minerals partnership

The US and India have signed a bilateral critical minerals agreement establishing a strategic partnership focused on security of supply through mining and processing. The bilateral agreement follows India's February inclusion into the Pax Silica framework and represents a major step in diversifying critical mineral supply chains away from China.
