A US business group survey finds that some rare earth elements remain 'nearly unobtainable' from China due to export controls and licensing delays. About 47% of affected companies say they are searching for but have not yet found viable alternatives to Chinese supply, pushing three-quarters of impacted firms to seek new sources.
