Madagascan miner Ambatovy resumes nickel production after cyclone

Ambatovy has resumed nickel production in Madagascar after cyclone damage halted operations earlier this year. The company restarted one acid plant on May 23 and plans to bring the second online by the end of June, restoring output of nickel and cobalt key to battery supply chains.
