Trafigura secures funding to keep Australian smelters running

The Australian government will provide a further A$105 million ($73.7 million) to support Trafigura's Nyrstar Australia in modernization studies at its South Australian and Tasmanian smelters. The plants produce zinc, lead and other strategic metals seen as critical to Western supply chains.
