Greenland Mines adds midstream resource exposure with $3.7M investment in AnorTech

Greenland Mines has acquired a 9.9% stake in technology and resource developer AnorTech for $3.7 million, buying 12.4 million shares to expand its footprint in the North Atlantic critical materials supply chain. The rare earth developer said the deal gives it direct exposure to low-emission industrial materials and a midstream processing platform rather than a passive equity position.
