Congo cobalt exporters fear losing quotas due to administrative glitch

Major cobalt producers in the Democratic Republic of Congo risk losing part of their first-half export quotas due to an administrative glitch on a customs platform. Industry sources estimate up to 20,000 tonnes of shipments worth $1.1 billion could be missed. Congo produces about 70% of the world's cobalt.
