Boliden in talks to buy Votorantim's controlling stake in Nexa

Swedish miner Boliden confirmed it is in discussions to acquire a majority stake in zinc producer Nexa Resources from Brazilian investment group Votorantim. Both companies cautioned there is no certainty a deal will materialize. Nexa, one of the world's leading zinc producers, saw its shares jump 2.8% in after-hours trading.
